2025 TOC Important Information

ALL Teams must be prepared to play first-round games on Friday, December 5, 2025, starting at 6:30 PM. If you coach multiple teams, please make sure you have an assistant coach.
 
Please check your schedule a couple of times before the games on Friday for any changes.  
 
Each Home Association selects teams to participate in the Tournament of Champions. Please contact your Home Association for more information
 
The 2025 TOC will include the following age groups and playing formats:

An association may send only one team per gender to participate in each TOC age group. Coed teams will participate in boys age groups. 
 

Wednesday, October 15, 2025:

  • Intent to Enter form in GotSport must be completed before 5:00 p.m. on October 15, 2025.
  • Entry fee check and bond fee check must be received in the North Texas Soccer office on or before October 15, 2025. Submit two checks: one to pay entry fees and one to pay bond fees.

Monday, October 27, 2025:

  • Deadline to withdraw a team from TOC in order to receive a refund of the team’s bond fee and registration fee. A team that withdraws from TOC between Tuesday, October 28, and Monday, November 3, 2025, will forfeit the team’s bond fee.

Monday, November 3, 2025:

  • Deadline to withdraw a team from TOC in order to receive a refund of the team’s registration fee. A team that withdraws from TOC after Monday, November 3, 2025, will forfeit the team’s bond fee and registration fee.

Friday, November 7, 2025:

  • Teams must be entered into the 2025 North Texas Soccer TOC league event in GotSport on or before November 7, 2025. 
Monday, November 10, 2025:
  • Deadline to complete online check-in for TOC. All required documents must be uploaded into the 2024 North Texas Soccer TOC league event on or before November 10, 2025.
