Referee Program

North Texas Soccer, through it's Referee Program, provides an effective and efficient service to the soccer community which ensures games will be officiated at a competent level throughout all age groups. The complete program covers the administration, education, assignment and performance analysis of a Referee as he progresses in his career with North Texas Soccer. Referee Clinics - All Referee Clinics are now listed in our Calendar. Referee Clinics List - Referee Clinics listed as a List State Referee Committee - Listing of who to contact depending on which association you are refereeing through and also a listing of the State Referee Board. How to Become a Referee - Ever wanted to referee?  Here is how you become a referee. Age Requirements and fees for entry level referee clinics (grade 09, bridge 09 to 08 and grade 08) Referee Advancement Requirements - Requirements for advancing to Referee Grade 7, or State Referee Grades 6 or 5. Referee Recertification Requirements - Annual re-certification requirements for Referee Grade 7, or State Referee Grades 6 or 5. Assessment List for Advancing and Recertifying - Click here to see a list of referees who may seek assessments for upgrade or maintenance assessments to Referee Grade 7, or State Referee Grades 6 or 5.  Referees seeking assessments for either upgrade or grade maintenance should be emailing schedules of their assessable games to NTSSA. If a referee or assignor has questions about either list they should email the State Referee Administrator.
