Duplicate License Request
If you earned a National E License, a State D License, or a National D License by participating in a National License course hosted by North Texas Soccer and you need a copy of the license then we will search our records to verify your license information.
If we are able to verify National E or National D License information for you then we will update the license information in your coach’s profile in U.S. Soccer’s Learning Center (USSLC). Once we have updated the license information in your profile you will be able to print or download an electronic copy of your verified National E or National D License.
To request license verification, please send an email to Christi Heady at email@example.com
Please include the following information in your email:
• Full name as it appeared on your original license
• Type of license (National E, State D, or National D)
• Dates of course you attended
• Location of course you attended
• Name of course instructor
We will reply to your email to let you know what information, if any, regarding your licenses is available in our records.
U.S. Soccer’s Learning Center (USSLC) is an online educational platform and provides a permanent location to consolidate all of your information regarding National Licenses issued by U.S. Soccer. The USSLC allows coaches to create a personal profile, register for courses, communicate with technical staff, take part in online courses, create session plans with an online graphics tool, and to access an archive of U.S. Soccer training sessions.
If you earned a National E License, a State D License, or a National D License by participating in a National License course hosted by a state association other than North Texas Soccer and you need a copy of the license then please contact the state association that hosted the course you attended.
If you earned any other license issued by U.S. Soccer, such as a National C License, and you need a copy of the license then please contact U.S. Soccer’s Coaching Department at firstname.lastname@example.org
