US Youth Soccer Region III Champions Crowned

FRISCO, Texas (June 24, 2009) – Teams and sidelines erupted after today's victories. Winners were crowned US Youth Soccer Region III Champions and have earned a berth to the US Youth Soccer National Championship July 21-26 in Lancaster, Mass., at Citizens Bank Fields at Progin Park.

Dillon Powers, whose Andromeda team won the 2008 US Youth Soccer Under-17 national championship and led Plano Senior High School to the 2009 Texas Class 5A state championship, is the 2008-09 Gatorade National Boys Soccer Player of the Year

Come out this weekend and show your support for your North Texas Soccer ODP teams. If your child is participating in Sub-Regionals please look at the schedule. All games will be played at Russell Creek Park.
