What: U9/U10-U19 Boys & Girls recreational; 3 guest players allowed for recreational; U11-U19 Boys & Girls competitive teams; 5 guest players allowed for competitive.U9/10 Boys & Girls Academy teams; No guest players allowed for Academy.

Team Representatives or Managers will need the following for check-in:
- A copy of their roster signed by the registrar and coach
- Academy Team Tournament Roster for Academy teams only DOC or PDF
- Notarized medical releases for every player including guest players
- Guest Player Release Forms - DOC or PDF
- 7 copies of the misconduct game report. Must be TYPED. (XLS or DOC)
- A USYSA coach’s ID card (provide by your home association)
*Please note: This is an invitational tournament for teams that have won 1st or 2nd place in a NTSSA sanctioned tournament. The invitations are compiled from the lists which have been submitted by the Tournament Directors on the completion of their respective tournaments.
