Registration, Fees and Entry Form
The entry fees to the coed national championships are as follows:
 
Early Bird:  $350 - Prior to August 15, 2009.
Regular Registration:  $400 - August 16 - 31, 2009.
After-Burner Registration: $450 - September 1 - September 15, 2009
 
Registration closes September 15, 2009
 
Each division winner and runner-up will receive the national coed championship trophy and medals.  Teams are encluraged to register as soon as possible to take advantage of the reduced entry fee.  Some brankets may fill up and be closed earlier than others.
 
The registration period is now open and will close on September 15, 2009. Teams will be permitted to have up to 25 registered players on their roster for the team and for each game.   Each team must submit a preliminary roster (of up to 25 players) by October 8, 2009.  Roster changes will be allowed (no more than six (6) changes from the original submission) until October 20, 2009, at which point the team rosters will be frozen, except that teams may be allowed to add/drop up to two (2) players at registration due to injuries or changed travel plans.  Any additional added players must be USASA affiliated players.
 
This event is a USASA sponsored event that is open only to affiliated teams.  All players must be USASA affiliated players as of October 20, 2009.  All team rosters must be verified by the state association registrar or other authorized state association official.
