The 2019 North Texas Soccer Presidents Cup is a round robin tournament held in the 13-Under through 18-Under Boys and Girls age groups, which will be held at Valley Ridge Park in Cedar Hill, Texas from March 7-10. Select games will also be [played at Harold Patterson Sports Complex in Arlington, Texas. March 11 will be available if needed in the event of a weather delay. Age groups that involve teams with high-school aged players will not be scheduled to play Friday night.
Winners of the US Youth Soccer North Texas Presidents Cup will represent North Texas Soccer at the 2019 US Youth Soccer Region III (South) Presidents Cup in Round Rock, Texas from June 11-16, 2019. Winners will then represent the South Region at the 2019 US Youth Soccer National Presidents Cup, which will be held in Murfreesboro, Tenn. from July 10-14, 2019.
North Texas Soccer registered teams
Division II and Division III Classic League teams (Division I teams are ineligible) or any team that competes in a recognized North Texas Soccer Competitive League.
Teams in the 13-U through 18-U age groups must agree to represent North Texas in Region III Presidents Cup if crowned State Presidents Cup Champion and National Presidents Cup if crowned Region Presidents Cup Champion
Each team is responsible for informing other playing leagues of their intent to participate for scheduling considerations.
There is not a guaranteed number of games, and there will be no rescheduling games because of conflicts, including coaches who are coaching more than one team. Each team will be required to provide two volunteers during the tournament.

Directions - Lake Ridge Parkway is the most direct route to Valley Ridge Park. Lake Ridge Parkway is closed at Mansfield Road due to construction. As per the City of Cedar Hill, there are two alternate routes to reach Valley Ridge Park:
- Travel down to Lakeview Drive to Lake Ridge Parkway
- Travel down Hwy 67 to the Lake Ridge exit, and take that to Valley Ridge
