The 2019 North Texas Soccer Annual Awards took place Saturday July 13 during the Awards Dinner at the 2019 North Texas Soccer Annual General Meeting. Awards were given out in the following categories: Administrator of the Year, Volunteer of the Year, Boys Competitive Coach of the Year, Girls Competitive Coach of the Year. Boys Recreational Coach of the Year, Girls Recreational Coach of the Year, Young Female Referee of the Year, Young Male Referee of the Year TOPSoccer Buddy of the Year and TOPSoccer Coach of the Year.

This year marks the first year TOPSoccer Buddy of the Year awards was presented and second for the TOPSoccer Coach of the Year. Nominations from member associations were submitted until the end of April, with a committee selecting the winners. In addition to these awards, the Jim Finger Lifetime Achievement and Dale McGregor Golden Whistle Awards were handed out.

Last year, 2018 North Texas Soccer Administrator of the Year Melinda Earnheart was named both US Youth Soccer South Region and US Youth Soccer National Administrator of the Year.
