Division II and Division III Classic League teams (Division I teams are ineligible) or any team that competes in a recognized North Texas Soccer Competitive League.
Teams must agree to represent North Texas in Region III Presidents Cup if crowned State Presidents Cup Champion and National Presidents Cup if crowned Region Presidents Cup Champion
Each team is responsible for informing other playing leagues of their intent to participate for scheduling considerations.
